My refund and returns policy is pretty straightforward.
Ebooks and other digital products are non-returnable.
Autographed physical merchandise is non-returnable.
For non-autographed physical merchandise, the returns period is 30 days. If more than 30 days has passed since your purchase, you will not be able to return or exchange the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item needs to be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. Proof of purchase will be required (a forwarded copy of your receipt from when you purchased it will suffice).
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange an exchange.
To return your product, you should first email me at email@example.com in order to arrange the return of your product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
